An immersive opera experience based on Mozart and Da Ponte’s “Così fan tutte”.
The Aquazoo Löbbecke Museum is transformed into a stage for a captivating and immersive opera production. In this free interpretation of “Così fan tutte”, music and space merge into a haunting experience. But what happens when the magic of Mozart's melodies and Da Ponte's words meet the fascinating backdrop of the Aquazoo?
Our opera singers, actors, a choir and a pianist invite you to experience the story from a fresh perspective and move freely in the space.
Mozart's life was riddled with tragedy, but his music celebrates the joy of life.
“Così fan tutte” – in English: “That’s how everyone does it” – reflects this duality and deals with complex themes such as love and human vulnerability with humor and depth, while the impressive backdrop of the Aquazoo serves as the stage set.

* In this production, our choir represents our belief that opera can be for everyone. We deliberately did not select any trained singers or actors for the choir. Instead, we invited young-at-heart people aged 65 and over from the city and surrounding area who have no previous singing experience.
